Lovely private patio, perfect for sipping tea while watching the ponies frolicking in the garden. Who needs Sherwood Forest when you have this? The only downside was.wait, there wasn't one!

Loved the private patio overlooking the garden and pony paddocks. Also, had a great time using the seating area, toaster, and barbecue. Oh, and Wi-Fi! Can't forget the Wi-Fi.
So disappointed that I didn't have time to visit East Midlands Airport or the National Ice Centre. said no one ever.

The location, set in 88 acres near Sherwood Forest, was beautiful and peaceful. The staff were attentive and communicative, even calling us ahead of arrival to answer any questions. The complimentary bottle of wine was a lovely welcome gesture.
Food for breakfast could have been improved.

We recently stayed at a beautiful lodge at Fairview Farm and had the most amazing time. the location was perfect for our family get together, with plenty of space for all six of us. the accommodation was top-notch, and we were lucky enough to be upgraded to the newest lodge. the shower was fantastic, the sofa was incredibly comfortable, and the bed was a dream. We couldn't have asked for more in terms of quality and comfort. the surroundings were quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed the stunning views. the staff were friendly and always willing to help, providing regular communication before and during our visit. We even received a welcome pack and useful information to make our stay even more enjoyable. We can't wait to come back here again in the future. Cons: Nothing bad to say 😊.

I recently stayed at the Upside Down House for a weekend getaway with my partner. The accommodation was excellent value for money and the staff were incredibly helpful. The house itself was very nice and clean, with beautiful views and scenery all around. It was conveniently located near popular tourist attractions like Sherwood Forest and Nottingham Castle, which were just a 25-minute drive away. We loved all the little extras provided, like complimentary tea and coffee, cleaning supplies, and even a warm welcome from the friendly horses at the stables. it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel's decoration was charming and reminded me of a cozy country cottage. The general areas were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable seating areas where you could relax and chat with other guests. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people, with ramps and handrails in place to assist with mobility.
I would have appreciated a bit more assistance from the children working there.

I recently stayed at a unique house near Sherwood Forest for Easter weekend. The location was perfect, surrounded by 88 acres of beautiful countryside. It was a treat to wake up to the sight of horses roaming freely in the distance. The facilities in the house were excellent, with a well-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed to cook meals. It was also thoughtful to have some basic food items provided, like seasoning and oil.
The check-in process was a bit confusing and could have been more organized. We were given the key at the door without any proper check-in procedure, which left us wondering about the rules and access to certain areas.

The location was perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions in the city. Another advantage was the friendly staff, who were always available and helpful throughout our stay.
There were a couple of negative aspects to our experience. the noise level in the hotel was quite high, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
